Buyers Beware!! Bought an Audi last weekend and the next day I drove at night to notice interior lights not working and license plate light not working, dash lights n Bought an Audi last weekend and the next day I drove at night to notice interior lights not working and license plate light not working, dash lights not working and back seat was glued together. Called Price Pro next day and they recommended I buy the extended warranty for $1700 and maybe they could make a claim. Took to an actual Audi dealership and they told me it is a serious electrical issue and will require a minimum of $320 dollars just to diagnose. I was told repeatedly someone would call, but out of salesperson's hand. Have yet to be contacted. More

Mind you the salesman was texting me throughout the day and could have mentioned this. This is now an unnecessary credit pull and does Price Pro care, nope! I had already purchased one car from them the day before and if I could return it, I would it. They could be the last dealership in town, they will never get my business again! More

Bad experience I had previously bought a car a Price Pro about two years ago and returned to buy a car for my wife. Living an hour away I provided the salesman with my current vin number and asked if he would be able to give me a range for which i could trade my car in for. He replied saying he could not give me a price without seeing my car. I drove an hour and when I arrived he had not run any of my information and was unable to find a similar or comparable car to base the trade in value. He told me he just didn’t think it would work and still could not give me a trade in value for my car. He said he never heard of the model of my car and did not reach out to anyone to help him. He never went out to look at my car or appraise the value. I told him I felt I wasted my time driving and would have appreciated if he could have run the VIN prior to my arrival so I didn’t not waste drive time. He was arrogant and rude and did not apologize once. He argued with my wife and I and repeatedly said that we “need to understand” what he is saying. I am not new to buying cars and this was a terrible experience. More

I drove 4 hours from the Pittsburgh PA area and well worth it. The dealership is very easy to find just off of the toll road. The facility itself is very nice and organized and they had a lot of incredible vehicles. Z had the vehicle washed and ready for me test drive upon my arrival. The vehicle was as it had been presented. I found Z very honest and very up front to work with the entire time. The actual purchase process was very easy. Easy to use but be smarter than me I worked with Z to purchase my 16 Toyota Sienna. I had been in the market for months was pregnant and needed a bigger vehicle quickly. I finally found I worked with Z to purchase my 16 Toyota Sienna. I had been in the market for months was pregnant and needed a bigger vehicle quickly. I finally found the van make model and number of miles I was comfortable with for the price and thought I had everything in order. My husband drove up (1.5 hour) after work to purchase the vehicle . We weren't looking for the "perfect" used car. We saw there was some scratches inside and that was what we expect in a used car. But z never mentioned the scratches on the bumper we saw the next day in daylight. He car didn't appear to have been swept out or wiped down , it was kind of gross. But again something I could do -not a deal breaker. When we were signing papers I asked for then second key only to find out there wasn't one. I know they sell as is but Z told me it would only be $150 or so to get another key. Not the case it's $425+. I didn't have a new car prior to this car so I didn't know any different. I found that out months ago and was disappointed but shrugged it off. I have decided to right this review bc I am pursuing the decision to purchase another fob and am told that I only have HALF THE KEY. So apparently my car has the fob and a "hidden" key that can be removed and use if the fob breaks for some reason.... I DON'T HAVE THAT. The only way I can get keys now is to replace the entire unit. I'm not happy at all. The money I "saved" purchasing the vehicle now would have to be used just to get more than one usable keys. I haven't called price pro because again I am aware their answer will be - we sell as is... so I know I would just get frustrated and be left helpless anyway. So yes the dealer and experience signing paperwork and purchasing the vehicle was easy but I believe Z knew more about the key situation than he led on. He sees enough keys to know that it was missing a major piece and I didn't . I would consider myself a smart consumer but they definitely took advantage of me in this regard. Two stars. More
