Went for oil change and to check brakes. After the oil change the service dept called and asked what was the problem with the brakes. If I knew the problem with the brakes I would nit have as After the oil change the service dept called and asked what was the problem with the brakes. If I knew the problem with the brakes I would nit have asked to have them serviced. We got pass that and the service rep stated he could test my brakes by taking my car for a test drive. I then asked if he could drive it in the parking lot and test it. He came back within 5 minutes and said YES there is a problem with your brakes. At this point it was hard for me to trust your service dept when someone had to drive my car to have the oil changed and no one recognized the brakes had a problem. Your service representative then had me to sign my receipt stating it was dangerous or safety hazard to drive my car More
