Upon pickup I was asked to sigh a form that said” Set up the target at position 1 (center) as instructed in the repair manual.” And “Recognition camera axis adjust is complete.” When I asked why am I signing this, shouldn’t your technician who did the calibration work be signing off, I have no idea what this means. I also scheduled an oil and filter change with synthetic oil. After picking up the car I noticed the invoice shows an oil change “conventional 5w30 oil”. Lexus recommends 0W20. I called back and was assured that they used the correct oil, that the invoice had a general description. More
