We've brought our Lexus GX in twice since purchasing it earlier this year. Each time we had an appointment, but ended up waiting way longer than expected. The first visit was to take delivery of our 2n earlier this year. Each time we had an appointment, but ended up waiting way longer than expected. The first visit was to take delivery of our 2nd keyfob, which was not included when we purchased the vehicle. Despite having an appointment, we waited over an hour just to get the 2nd key. Pretty frustrating. The second visit was for the first oil change / tire rotation. Once again, make an appointment, showed up on time, and in total spent over 2 and half hours at the dealership. I can't understand how a scheduled oil change and tire rotation should take 2 and a half hours. The service people have been very friendly, but that just doesn't make up for the poor level of speed. I'd always heard this dealership had excellent service levels, but I've yet to experience it outside of a few friendly people. Execution matters so much more. More
