Dealer Chose to sell vehicle with leaking radiator. There are signs that mechanic checked area and when they cleaned engine compartment you COULD NOT MISS leaking end cap on radiator. The service I received from Dave Fremin and Ricky Patterson was outstanding. The experience was no hassle and very friendly and accommodating. I purchased a pre owned certified vehicle and couldn't be happier!! The warranty along with the price and amount I was given for my trade was spot on. Mr. Fremin explained every bit of information pertaining to my new vehicle and made sure that I understood how everything in the vehicle worked and even synced my phone and contacts for me. I was also given 3 month free XM satellite radio and guess what?? My first service at 5000 miles is free of charge complimentary for purchasing the vehicle from them. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my entire family and friends!! I give them a 5 out of 5 stars. My father talked to a man named Rodney over the phone about buying a certain used car advertised online. They agreed upon the price, and I was supposed to go test drive it that day, and if I liked it, I about buying a certain used car advertised online. They agreed upon the price, and I was supposed to go test drive it that day, and if I liked it, I would buy it. Rodney was also supposed to email the offer in writing to my father, which he never did. Well, I get to the dealership that Rodney said the car was supposed to be, and a guy that goes by the idiotic name of Speedy Gonzales told me it wasn't there and was at another location. He also lied and said that wasn't the right price, which I told him was wrong since I knew for sure that's what was agreed upon. Then, I went to the other dealership where they said the car was, and John Saban said that the car had been sold a long time ago. He then proceeded to try to sell me another car that was older, more expensive, and had more miles. I have no idea why they thought I would try to buy something from them after they lied to me and wasted hours of my time while I ran around to different dealerships. That is such bad business. I will NEVER buy anything from them, and I will be sure to discourage anybody from buying from them as well. They tried to cheat me! More

Was able to make a good deal over the telephone. They delivered my car for free 130 miles away from the dealership. Mike took me out to lunch while I was waiting to process the paperwork.
