When Robert L. Preston purchased his first auto dealership in 1989, he could only have dreamed about what it would grow into. Preston Toyota of New Castle was the first, but today it is just one of 10 dealerships and 12 brands that make up Preston Auto Group. Drivers throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio rely on our dealership to meet their used and new Toyota car needs.
Preston Auto Group is now a Top 150 Dealer Group in the Nation according to Automotive News with 10 stores retailing nearly 10,00 units a year.
In addition to being a leading dealership serving drivers in Ellwood City, Hermitage, Slippery Rock, Grove City, Pittsburgh, Preston Toyota of New Castle is a big part of the community. Robert L. Preston and his wife Joanne Preston worked tirelessly to help raise $3.7 million to construct the Preston Chambers YMCA Y Zone. Today residents both young and old rely on this premier facility for recreation, entertainment, and exercise.
In addition, all members of the team at Preston Toyota of New Castle donate time and money to worthy community organizations like the Salvation Army and the Akron Children’s Hospital. We aim to be more than a dealership. We aim to be a pillar of the community with a positive local impact.

Been a month since I sent my 2nd email to the manager who has responded to my google review for them to contact me no answer or call. TLDR this place is predatory and will add fake fees and "market adjustments 32k sticker price car got marked up to 40k they hid it behind extended loan payments and a high interest rate. This place basically scammed me in 2022 I was dumb and partly to blame but they do market adjustments and tell you one thing then another. I was told to hold a car it was 500 then the next day I got a call actually it's 1000. The car was great but In hindsight they did me dirty because I was Naive. Don't look at the monthly payments like I did and look at out the door price. If I had to guess they got me for a New 2022 Toyota Camry SE Nightshade AWD. Pretty sure the sticker price was something like 32K with all the accessories. I would later find out that the out the door price was something like 40k with a monthly payment of 579 and some change and a 72 months with high APR. even with 6 or 7k down. All this because I didn't know what I was doing. Just like a car dealership to take advantage of someone who doesn't understand financing. I can't wait for direct to consumer to one day be an option and I can only hope to convince someone to look at the out the door price, the APR and not just the monthly payment they very well could be scamming you with a smile with fake service contracts and other fees that don't exist like Market adjustment. Really scummy to punish someone for buying a popular model of car no better than a scalper. More

I purchased a car and received a 60 day temporary plate. ( I'm from out of state ). The temporary plate was going to expire and I still didn't have the paperwork to register the car in my home state. I call ( I'm from out of state ). The temporary plate was going to expire and I still didn't have the paperwork to register the car in my home state. I called several times to check on the status of the paperwork. Everyone just passed the buck and no one seemed to care or know what was going on. I went back to the dealer only to get more excuses and they couldn't issue another temporary plate. In speaking to the owner , I was told it was out of his hands. I drove around for 3 weeks with an expired tag before I received the paperwork to register the car in my home state. More
