Very pleasant visit even though I waited for the car I was greeted at the door, taken to the service dept. They went over my history and explained what was needed and if it was something I didn't have t I was greeted at the door, taken to the service dept. They went over my history and explained what was needed and if it was something I didn't have to have. I agreed, and by then the car was in the bay and being worked on. Everyone was courteous, especially the girl that handled my paperwork. She even helped me reset my thermometer from C to F. I intend to keep coming. The price is as good as the service. More

I,Gary Wolf bought a (Used) 2006 Trailblazer 2yrs ago,..They have done all the maintenance and have been great-getting the blazer in right away,honori I,Gary Wolf bought a (Used) 2006 Trailblazer 2yrs ago,..They have done all the maintenance and have been great-getting the blazer in right away,honoring the limited warranty and then some & having it back the same day--Well,the transmission blew-took it to them-By this time we've had it a couple years-- it was going to cost more than what it was worth--So J.J Moore stepped in--Not only did they buy the Blazer back-we also got a 2013 Malibu-w/a way lower interest rate-payments that still fit our budget and full warranty bumper to bumper for 4yrs.--The car will be paid off before the warranty expires. Thank you J.J. Moore for your hard work & Thank you Preston Team-of Burton- for doing right by us,especially w/buying the Blazer back & getting us the Malibu!! We know where the Malibu is going for every inch of work & when it comes time-we know where we're getting our next vehicle--- J.J Moore I hope you'll be our salesman for lucky #3 :) I only wish I could click the Sales(Used) & Service button both because the Mechanics are 5 star also!
