The whole car buying experience was made easy. Brian Lightner found the car we were looking for and didn’t miss one details when it came to our expectations. He was fantastic to work with. Once he found our specific vehicle (which took only a few days) he got in touch with us. We drove to Preston KIA in Burton with our trade in and in a few hours (including our time with James Preston who handled the financing) we pulled ff the lot in our 2025 KIA Carnival. There is plenty more to add about the dealership and professionalism of the entire staff, but I would just end with saying, I would strongly recommend Preston Burton to friends, family and anyone else looking for a vehicle. Preston service was super efficient to repair our air conditioning and 4WD in our 2017 Chevy Colorado truck. Carlee had excellent communication with us and the service dept and mechanics to locate the pa conditioning and 4WD in our 2017 Chevy Colorado truck. Carlee had excellent communication with us and the service dept and mechanics to locate the parts needed all of which was covered by the extended warranty that we had purchased with the truck. Marvett assured the repairs were completed to our satisfaction and he reviewed the repairs with us at completion which was very helpful. Very happy and they were all so prompt we got our truck back in time for the holiday weekend! Highly recommended! More
