i have owned 16 vehicles in this lifetime. as i drove away from this dealer, after signing my life away, (lol) i was on top of the world. please, let me explain. i contacted preston sharon-hyundai via away from this dealer, after signing my life away, (lol) i was on top of the world. please, let me explain. i contacted preston sharon-hyundai via email asking for information on a certified, pre-owned vehicle. immediately, erica flynn contacted me via e. the next day i stopped in to see said vehicle in question and asked to see erica. since she was the rep who contacted me, she was to be the one whom i wanted to help me and earn the sale, if the case may be. i have never had such a fun time, relaxed time negotiating a legal contract. if you want to have an extremely professional, bubbly, well educated person help you with this type of experience/contract, by all means contact erica. for a young woman of her age, i could not have been more impressed with her. furthermore, i was offered three additional perks which i was surprised in receiving, not having asked for anything more. free washed for life is a great add-on. "gee. can i get a free car wash every week?" I went to the dealership to test drive one of the used vehicles they had listed on their website. The saleman was courteous and not pushy at all.
