Great help Sales and finance guy were both a great help getting me into a vehicle. The only thing is my car squeaks like a demon when you hit the breaks. This is something that I feel didn't happen during the test drive simply because we drove a short distance at an incredibly slow speed. So while I was naive, I feel like there is no way he didn't know about it. I should have gotten some kind of discount but now it's too late for that. So I did get a little screwed but in the end that is MY fault, not theirs. I thank them for getting me into a vehicle. More

Bait and switch dealer Called on Monday to see a used Hyundai at a below market price advertised on their website and others. This dealer is 70 miles away, so I could not go there immediately. On Thursday, I was ready to make the trip to see this car, but rechecked the website and found the price had been raised by $2000. Apparently they knew I was a ready buyer and thought I would pay more and so raised the price. Despite having written documentation of the earlier low price, the dealer never responded to my inquiry with any explanation. Clearly a bait and switch routine from an untrustworthy dealer. No call backs; no explanations, no other offers-- just ignored a waiting customer. These are not people deserving my $20,000 purchase. More
