I swung by Preston Hyundai of Sharon merely to look at and price new cars. Charlene Macri came out to help me and by the end of our conversation I was knew that I was going to purchase a car from her. Cha and price new cars. I spent the last 5 to 6 mos looking for a particular truck. I talked to at least 5 salesmen at differant dealerships in Ohio and Pa. Was treated by at least one dealership the way they treated women in the 70's. I built the truck on line and was contacted by Bill Grady at Preston of Sharon. He was friendly, Knowledgable and ready to help me find what I wanted. Within 24 hours he found one close to what I wanted but could not get it from the Dealer who had - He found a second almost exact and was able to get it for me. I had it in less than a week. I am extremely satisfied with my experiance with Preston Ford. I found the Mustang I was looking for on their web site and talked to Erica regarding the details of the car. After coming to a verbal agreement over the phone on a price we were told the next day that they did not recall agreeing to said price. As we had nothing in writing there was nothing we could do about th price we were told the next day that they did not recall agreeing to said price. Very poor customer service and did not appreciate being lied to repeatedly. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I did this deal over the phone. From the first convsersation until the time I drove away in my new car, I felt like everybody was honest and very caring about my needs. My gf and I just bought a used 2007 Honda CRV from PrestonSharon. It took about an hour for them to have us in our new vehicle and on our way home.Compared to other places they usually make you sit ab PrestonSharon. The customer service was great. Michael Anderson was our sales rep. He was friendly and knew how to get the job done right and quickly as possible. I would reccommend this dealership to everyone I know. In the financial department, we worked with Colleen; she was fast, accurate and explained everything very well and answered every question we asked. They were able to get us an excellent payment a month. Overall, we are so excited about our vehicle. The interior was clean, the exterior was shiny. You can barely hear the motor. It accelerates and brakes perfectly. I believe if anyone is looking for a good used vehicle, this should be your place!!! 100% More
