I've been to alot of car dealerships, most of them pushy and just wanting to "make the sale" - not this dealership. Throughout my visit I was assisted by Craig. I walked in the door with the intent of buying a moderately priced used vehicle, and ended up driving away in a brand new vehicle that I wouldn't have even considered if Craig hadn't suggested it. Not only am I happy about my sale, I'm confident in it. I'm so happy with my purchase. I'd recommend this place to anyone! :) More

I spent at least a month looking for a car that was reliable and able to get me to and from work, being that i live in Pittsburgh and there is a lot of heavy traffic and accidents waiting to happen. After i went to 4 different dealerships around Pittsburgh and every dealer seemed uninterested in helping me, I decided to go to my home town of Sharon. Bill was awesome! He was genuine in trying to put me into the car that i wanted (07 civic) Test drove it right away, reassured me there were new tires being put on, and by the next day i was trying to get into the car. I dont know how these guys did it, but they got me into the car i wanted, even with my credit the way it is. (full of student loans) And i didn't end up with an outrageous percentage either. The financial adviser spent some time searching until the right bank came up. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Bill was by far the friendliest dealer i have ever come across. ( you don't find them often) It is worth the hour and a half drive from Pittsburgh. More

My husband and I took his truck in for inspection. We noticed a 2013 Mustang with Shelby accents. I spent 3 hours deciding if I was going to trade in my Chrysler 300 that was paid for to get this new Mus noticed a 2013 Mustang with Shelby accents. Everyone we dealt with at Preston Ford was very nice. I have walked out of other car dealerships because the sales person was too pushie and talked too much. Charlene IS the reason I ended up buying the car. Car dealerships are known for their intimidating salesmen and most women hate having to deal with a man who has an attitude that you are a woman and don' dealerships are known for their intimidating salesmen and most women hate having to deal with a man who has an attitude that you are a woman and don't know anything. My son and I went to Sharon Preston Hyundia looking for a car for him. Our sales rep, Charlene Macri, was who we dealt with. She showed us 3-4 cars that we were interested in in our price range. We had the opportunity to drive a few while we were there. We did need additional time to think, research, and discuss our options. Charlene introduced us to another car that she drove to our house for our to look at that we loved. With our minds being set on the purchasing the previous car, she had another person bring the other car over so we could test drive them both and view simultaneously. Where can you get that kind of service?? We decided on the Hyundai over the Ford. Then the negotiations began. Once given the price and after we did our research, we felt that it was a reasonable price and that it was something that we all agreed. My son purchased a spoiler for it and Charlene was able to pick up our car at our house (once the spoiler came in), and drop it back to our house once his car was completed. Again, where can you get that service??? I would highly recommend Charlene Macri as your salesperson because of her respect, willingness to work with you, kindness, and genuinely a good person. I never got the feeling like she was gauging us; it made for a pleasurable relationship that I would most certainly return to buy a used or new car again. I've told my friends about her as well. Outside of Charlene, all aspects of the rest of the dealership i.e. finance, talking with manager, Don Colucci (nice guy as well!), and body shop were all great to deal and work with. Would highly recommend this dealership managed by Mr. Colucci and I would ask for CHAR to buy a CAR!!!~ More

First contact was online chat, followed by text messaging with Erica. My husband and I went to the dealership with one particular car in mind. She was fantastic, as was Colleen, who worked our finances. I have never had such fun buying a car. No pressure, lots of laughter....even with the pouring rain!!! I have given them a perfect rating because they provided outstanding overall service, they helped me get the price I wanted to pay for the car i wanted. This was the first new car purchased and the salesman that took careof me was absoluly fabulous, quite possibly the best car salesman I have worked with. His name is Ron Alexander, and he had an extensive knowledge base about the vehicle i was purchasing, he helped get the payments where i needed them to be, and he was an overall friendly guy. We were able to converse about sports, hobbies, and our lives overall. He was a true professional at what he does and i would recommend anybody I know that is shopping for a new or used vehicle to stop in and talk to Ron Alexander. My overall experience with the facility was outstanding to. There were a plethera of amenities such as beverages, television, magazines, and car leaflets to keep the customers comfortable while they are working on a deal. I will not buy a car anywhere other than Preston Ford Hyundai. More
