Quick and Easy purchase I was shopping on Car Guru and called Ryan Feola, about the car I was looking at. I told him that I would be up in an hour. When I got there, he was I was shopping on Car Guru and called Ryan Feola, about the car I was looking at. I told him that I would be up in an hour. When I got there, he was waiting for me with the plate all ready to take a test drive. Before hand, he also showed me another that was closer to the end of my price range, but had less miles. We test drove both, he shared the differences of the two cars etc. Very easy to talk to, business and casual conversation. Like a salesman he wanted to make a sale, but wanted to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. He and Anthony Oliva worked the sale both ways, with a trade and without to make sure that I was comfortable with what payment I chose. Not sure if I got a great deal, nor is that a factor now, because to find a customer service rep that loves what he does, has a great personality and will make sure you are happy.... that is worth more! I'll definitely send business his way, and will go see him again. Thanks again Ryan, it was nice meeting you and purchasing the car from you. More
