I have purchased 3 new vehicles since 1992 from Chad Todd of the Preston Motor Group. He has made each purchase experience better than the first by making sure that I was completetly satistied guaranteeing of the Preston Motor Group. The service at Preston Nissan however, does not just start and end with the service done to the car; the customer service at this dealership is also equally wonderful. While having my car serviced the employees exemplified excellent qualities including friendliness,professionalism, and helpfulness. All of the employees that I came into contact with were very helpful and pleasant.But it was the help of salesman Howard Dixon that I found most accommendating during my visit to the dealership. He was all of the above: friendly, professional and helpful. When I arrived on the lot Dixon greeted me and asked me if there was anything he could help me with. He was dressed very professional and approiate, which was assuring.I was unaware of where to go at first but Dixon directed me to the Nissan service area. And then led me to the waiting room inside while my car was being serviced. The waiting room was comfortable and equipped with a televison and snacks that made my experience even more enjoyable. When dealing with Preston Nissan I feel right at home. As a women I feel that some dealerships may take advantage of women's overall lack of knowledge of their cars mechanics and operations. With Preston Nissan however, I have no worries. I trust this dealerships insights and I have trust in their reliable repuation. I find comfort in knowing that if something goes wrong with my car, I can take it to be serviced at Preston. More
