I live about two hours away from Preston, but they had the Nissan Cube I wanted. We called the dealership and talked to Kenny, he was professional and polite. He went out to the lot and provided the sticker price of the cubes they had in stock, and he didn't try to pressure us over the phone. We drove to Preston to look at the car and he treated us the same way in person. He was professional and did not pressure us, answered all of our questions. We were very concerned with space, so he helped us open up the Cube and test out the car seats for our kids to make sure we would have enough room. After the sale he gave us a tour of the facility and explained all of the customer benefits. He was patient with us as we transferred everything from our old car to our new car, even though all of his co-workers were leaving for the day (by the time we arrived at the dealer it was close to closing time). The entire purchase process only took about an hour and a half, excluding the test drive. I will recommend Kenny to my friends, and I would gladly do business with him again. More
