When I went to Preston they were transparent and NO PRESSURE which ultimately led me to feeling comfortable and purchasing my vehicle with confidence. Originally we were interested in a 2015 CPO Hyundai Elantra. that we saw on line. Ron also metioned that there were 2 2016 Demo Elantras that weren't on the internet. We talked about one of the demo cars. Ron said that with the demo discount and all the incentives, that he and Angel could probably make it work into our budget. Plus with the demo we would also get the full warranty. Angel and my wife finalized the deal while I was making test drives. Angel found us all the incentives and even found one that was kind of obscure, but we qualified for it When it was all done, Ron went thru all the manuals with me and showed me how to work all the options in the car. He also helped me link my phone via the Bluetooth. Ron and Angel made the whole process seamless and transparent. And they both were very professional. Everyone at the dealer was friendly. Definitely worth the trip across the border. More
