Since moving to Fort Walton Beach, in 2009, I have taken our vehicles to Preston Hood. The first time was because of the fact they were a GM dealership and I didnt know any other local mechanics, and I kne our vehicles to Preston Hood. The first time was because of the fact they were a GM dealership and I didnt know any other local mechanics, and I knew that I would have at a minimum the warranty of the GM service. Now I take our trucks and car there for one reason and one reason only, the customer service that is provided to me. Each and every time I go I feel as though I am the most important customer. Kasi (service advisor) knows me and my wife by name and always puts her best effort to make sure we see her when we come in, even if she is busy with other customers. Each time we take a vehicle in for service it is available within the time estimated or at least a phone call is provided to keep us up to date if it is taking longer than anticipated. The norm is that it is completed well ahead of the projected time frame. The service department alone at Preston Hood is a major reason why when it is time to purchase a new car I will begin my vehicle search at this dealership. Mr. Dallas Moody showed me every vehicle I wanted to look at, and let me test drive them as well. He was more interested in putting me in the perfect truck for me, as opposed to trying to sell me the most expensive one on the lot. As far as the financial portion of the process, Mrs. Joann Jeffries walked me through everything, explaining the ins and outs of the optional plans they offered, and it was exeptional! I will, and already have, reccomend this dealer to everyone I work with in the Air Force here on Hurlburt Field. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
