Poor Customer support 2019 Cadillac purchase had no owners manual. With weekly calls&texts since 12/8/2019, not able to provide manual.Call salesman Nick numerous times. C 2019 Cadillac purchase had no owners manual. With weekly calls&texts since 12/8/2019, not able to provide manual.Call salesman Nick numerous times. Called Jamie,no return call to date. Was told it was 'in the mail', 3 times. I'm sure after almost 4 months they don't care. Something so simple should not be so hard, yet, no customer support. I had to go to the Cadillac website and purchase for $85 so I can learn how to use all the features of the car. Can't program anything without instructions. Also learned that you can download a free copy to your computer which I did, one would think this information should have been provided. More

Amazing service! My experience started with browsing many local dealerships for a new truck online on a Sunday night. I requested a call back regarding a lease or pur My experience started with browsing many local dealerships for a new truck online on a Sunday night. I requested a call back regarding a lease or purchase. The very next morning (Monday) at 8:58 a.m. I received a message from Grant Wilson of Preston GM Superstore in New Castle Pa. I was immediately impressed that he call two minutes before they actually opened. He offered to show me the truck I inquired about online. I visited the dealership about a hour later. Grant actually was having that truck washed for me to view. He was very pleasant, personable and knowledgeable about this truck. He offered values for a lease or purchase of this truck. I decided to purchase this truck. Grant Wilson, Steve Plyler and Roberta Ferrari made this a very pleasant, professional and efficient experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
