This dealer really worked hard to make sure the car met my needs from pricing to style. I did alot of the negation through the phone because I had difficulties getting to the dealer ship, and they even de my needs from pricing to style. Mr. Bradley was very attentive and patient. I think I drove about 8 trucks before deciding on the one I purchased. He offered drinks and snacks and was very friendly. We visited Preston on August 9th, with no intention of purchasing, we just wanted to test drive. Our salesman Brandon Hoffman was eager to help us find a vehicle that had all of the options we thought we purchasing, we just wanted to test drive. Our salesman Brandon Hoffman was eager to help us find a vehicle that had all of the options we thought we might want, so we could truly test everything. We test drove the 2010 Ford Escape and ---- WE LOVED IT!!! :) Well since they didnt have a vehicle in stock with all our desired options, Brandon and Selby quickly went to work to see where they could find our vehicle - although it was trying to match all our desires they ultimately did it. It was in New Jersey and had actually be transferred there from a dealer in Maine. We discussed pricing and they were able to get us financed at 1.9% and keep our payment in the range we requested. Due to several circumstances beyond their control, they actually visited my husband at work to do the paperwork and then came to my work, all was well. They were to deliver---yes I said "DELIVER", my vehilce at 4pm that afternoon, but again due to circumstances beyond their control, my vehicle was not delivered until 9:45pm (AT OUR HOUSE-45 min away). How many dealerships do you know would do that?? But wait it gets better! Obviously that late, we couldn't fully inspect the vehicle and in the morning light, we noticed the rims still had residue from its inital delivery from the factory. One call is all it took, Brandon said he would take care of it. Brandon himself came to my office (Again 30 min. away from the dealership) took my vehicle and detailed it. We can't say enought about the experience we had at Preston, would recommend them and Brandon to anyone,and will definatley be going there for our next vehicle . Brandon is an upfront salesman, who will do everything possible to serve his customers, including staying three hours past the time he should have gotten off, not one time, but twice. Way to go Preston and Brandon, we are happy customers!!!! More
