Neil Murray, Sr. was our salesman on our latest purchase, a FORD Escape XLT. I did the research via the internet and knew I would be purchasing a FORD. I traded in a Preston FORD, model 1998 which I reluctantly decided to replace. I loved my truck! But I needed a new vehicle and one with good gas mileage. The Escape is a great ride and room enough! Neil has called and emailed to make sure we are satisfied. He provided the ultimate customer service! I am sending a friend to him soon for her vehicle purchase. He is "no hassle salesman" and gives you great service. We also have a 2005 Ford truck that my husband drives.
