When it was all said and done, we drove away with a brand new 2011 Ford Escape, financed by Ford Motor Credit at a fantastic 3.9% rate! Our salesman Neil Murray, Jr. was fantastic, understanding and went above and beyond his duties as a car salesman. He made sure my husband and I understood the entire transaction, all the vehicle options, maintenance, and our benefits for being a Ford Motor customer. He had all of our paperwork complete when we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was cleaned, tagged and ready to go, and it only took a little over an hour to get in and drive away in our vehicle! It's been the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! It was at one of their other locations, and not only did they get it for me to test drive, but when my purchase process was complete, they even set up delivery to my home which is 2.5 hrs away so it wouldn't inconvenience me with my baby and my work schedule. I purchased a used Lincoln MKX from Preston Ford. Not only was it a great value, but the vehicle is in "new" condition with extremely low miles. I went to Preston Ford when I crashed my car.
