The experience I had at Preston Ford was the hands down best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff is comprised of consummate professionals who are obviously dedicated to their profession. I walked in with a reasonable idea of what I wanted, and through professional non invasive questioning, my sales rep helped me zero in on exactly the vehicle I needed and wanted, right down to the heated leather seats. He was well versed in all the vehicle features and provided me with a thorough demonstration of them all. The test drive covered a variety of road surfaces that allowed me to experience the vehicle in multiple environments. The management staff was courteous to a fault, and I bought with the confidence that I got the absolute best deal I could get. Despite the notoriously lengthy time investment involved in purchasing a vehicle, when it came time for me to get in my new vehicle and drive home, I couldn't believe how quick it all had happened.
