Between my boyfriend and me we have purchased 6 vehicles from Preston Ford with Carrie being the salesperson for the last 4. When you say you stay open until the last customer leaves you really mean it. We didn't leave until 11:30pm and during this time everyone was very involved to make the sale seamless, no unhappy people having to stay late The General manager had to walk to a different building to print out the paper work because the printer wasn't working in his building. My overall experience was wonderful and I would certainly recommend Preston to anybody...It was definitely worth the drive from Dover DE. More
As a female, buying a car has never been a wonderful experience. I always felt like the sale man was trying to get over on you. That was not the case with Mark. He was so personable and helpful.
