The day I went looking for a new car I was nervous and excited at the same time. My father has been going to Preston AutoPlex and dealing with Earl Wilson for several years. It was the last day for the Clunker Program, so we headed over to see Earl. I was looking for a car that had good gas mileage with the way the economy is going. Earl was very personable, detail-oriented and pleasant to work with. I feel in love with the Ford Fusion, it had everything I wanted. After having a bad experience with the service dept over the weekend, I was contacted by Chrystal Morris after leaving and she apologized and offered to remedy the situation. She followed up with me on Mond the weekend, I was contacted by Chrystal Morris after leaving and she apologized and offered to remedy the situation. She followed up with me on Monday as well as Skip and Les to offer to make amends and to assure me that Preston takes every situation personal. Needless to say, Chrystal went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was very professional and is what we would consider a skilled customer service representative of Preston Ford. She took care of our issues and kept in constant contact with us during the ordeal and without her help I am not sure we could have resolved the issues. But, the end result is we were very pleased with the outcome and we would like to thank Chrystal, Les and Skip and hope that the dealership commends them for a job well done. The other Service Dept. employees certainly have alot to learn and they should learn from Chrystal More

After shopping local dealers we found it was worth the hour drive to Preston. Our salesman Ken Gardner was a no pressure,friendly and very patient person. Could not have asked for a better experience from a car dealership! We started out by researching new trucks on the internet and looked at several online at Preston Fords website. Richard contacted me and we spoke several times about new vs used trucks. My husband and I drove an hour from Dover, DE to look at our options. Richard was very, very patient with us.....showing us several models, answering my numerous questions and generally giving us all the time we needed to make a decision. His suggestions were extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a truck that is perfect for our needs. We were able to purchase a truck with several high-end options we never thought we would be able to afford! We stayed within our set budget without sacrificing anything. This is a "no pressure" dealership and that is most appreciated. I also want to give kudos to Bruce in the Finance Dept. Again, no pressure. Just thoughtful insight regarding decisions about warranty, finanace rates, payments, etc. Again, most appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to our friends and coworkers (in fact, I've already made one call to Richard asking him to email a picture of a vehicle we looked at to a friend). Earl Wilson and the entire Preston Automotive Group live the true meaning of customer service. Our company uses this dealership for truck sales and service. Our most recent purchase was 2 alternative fuel the true meaning of customer service. Our company uses this dealership for truck sales and service. Our most recent purchase was 2 alternative fuel (propane) vehicles. Earl went out of his way to research, locate and deliver these two speciality units and to my knowledge they are the first propane powered units to be sold by Preston. In conclusion we appreciate the attention to detail in all aspects of our business dealings, parts, sales and service. More
