The service department totally misdiagnosed my minor transmission issues as a bad clutch plate that they had in stock and would cost $2500. Another dealer put on a new transmission control module covere transmission issues as a bad clutch plate that they had in stock and would cost $2500. Shady place and the General Manager Chris was unprofessional. I went to buy a Jeep off them and they showed as "local" to me since they deliver vehicles to your home and I am located 2.5 hours aw unprofessional. I went to buy a Jeep off them and they showed as "local" to me since they deliver vehicles to your home and I am located 2.5 hours away. I did all the financing, took pictures of my trade, agreed to all terms and financing on 5pm on a Saturday. The salesman said"Great we have a deal and on Monday morning we will send over paperwork and deliver your Jeep". At 10am that Monday, "another salesperson heard about the deal" and brought in a client who bought the Jeep. I run an office of 225 people and if I conducted business like this place, I would be out of business. Beware of this place! More

A skilled mechanic could replace it in 1 hour but Preston has to charge 3 hours labor which I find totally absurd!! No more than 2 hours labor would of been plenty. I talked to Carol the Service manager and all she could say was I didn't say we were the cheapest. I will never deal with Preston again. I wouldn't even gave them 1 star but you have to put in something. I am in market for new car but it won't be from any of Preston's dealership. Would not recommend them to anyone. More
