There are so many factors that you have to take into account when you are making one of the larger purchases of your life, and considering how expensive these vehicles are getting that is no understatement! So naturally I go into these type of situations in somewhat of a defensive manner. I fully prepare for the interaction, over research, and then research a little more, and I found what I was looking for at Brandywine......Luckily enough for me, I was set up with Dan. I truthfully do not believe he could have been more understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Aside from his overall responsive attitude and knowledgeable background on the van I was looking into, he just worked...hard. Every question, every inquiry he followed through on. I even initially left the dealership because what they had in stock didn't quite match up with what my wife had hoped for. That did not deter Dan, I did not cease to be a customer when I walked out the door, he continued to search the area and after a considerable amount of dedication, he found what it was that I was looking for and had it ready for me a day later. Long story short, I bought the Pacifica I wanted, for the price I wanted it at. Dan White at Brandywine Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram made that happen. More
