I took my Ram in for PA inspection and replacement of front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel sin front left headlight that was filling with moisture. Kelly was outstanding to work with. I have worked with many very capable service personnel since I bought the truck new at Preston, but Kelly is at a level of outstanding in her job. Hopefully you also recognize that she is a great people person and knows what it takes to satisfy her customers. She was great to work with and I look forward to working with her in the future. She certainly knows what it takes to excel at her job and makes the dealership look even better. More

My engine light was on. After checking it they found out that it was my gas cap. They also drove care around to make sure the engine light did not come back on. service technician gives me a $900+ list of "recommended" items during my state inspection including 1) brake fluid flush$122.30, 2) complete drive-line fluid exchange $441.94, 3)change engine oil $24.95 ( h items during my state inspection including 1) brake fluid flush$122.30, 2) complete drive-line fluid exchange $441.94, 3)change engine oil $24.95 ( had done 4 months ago which they did low mileage, 4) repair leaking windshield washer hose $145.83 ( which neither the mechanic nor the service tech failed to state that it was a requirement for passing state inspection. He said I could think about it and fix later, it was just for my record.. They notify me an hour later (2 hours total), to say my truck was ready the service tech took my card for payment and said truck was outside. I went out and on the seat the Preston mechanic had a Failed inspection print out on my seat. I went BACK in and said you did not tell me any thing was necessary for passing inspection. The tech proceeds to blame the mechanic for not telling him. I said well then get it fixed. He says now there is no one available to work on it and for me to come back again that they did not have the part in stock ( when they initially told me "repair leaking windshield washer hose $145.83 " an hour before that they were prepared to do right then! I said, I am not coming back after the way Preston treats customers! YOU DON'T EVEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THE VEHICLE WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION UNLESS THEY PERFORM THIS REPAIR! ALSO; $145.83 to replace a $5.95 hose- close to an hour's work at $150/hr.? Vindictive, unscrupulous, lying service experience. I have been going there for years for my truck's inspections and recalls.- sleazy behavior.!!! More
Dealership said leaks in tires could not be repaired and tried to sell new tires. I then went to tire dealer for new tires they said my tires were too good to replace and fixed the leaks.
