2016 Jeep Compass.......... I went in because another shop told me that a dealership had to check my jeep. It skips first gear and feels like the gears are going to lock up while driving. 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly, fast service. Only complaint is that they did not readjust the tire pressure after the tire rotation. Front tires are s tire rotation. Very friendly, fast service. Only complaint is that they did not readjust the tire pressure after the tire rotation. Front tires are supposed to be 33psi, back, 36psi. All tires were 37psi. Not a big deal, only took 5 min to correct it. I’ll go back. More

Horrible WORST potential car buying experience ever!!! My husband and I went shopping for a vehicle, our sales guy (Joe) was very helpful and took his time to WORST potential car buying experience ever!!! My husband and I went shopping for a vehicle, our sales guy (Joe) was very helpful and took his time to find the perfect vehicle however, when we asked to test drive the vehicle we was interested and waited in the showroom for our salesman to bring the vehicle around another salesman (Barry) walked past my husband and I and said "we're closing get out". The first time my husband and I heard the salesman we were unsure of if we heard it correctly. The rude salesman the continued to repeat "we're closing get out"numerous times. As our salesman arrived to the front of the building with the vehicle to test drive, the rude salesman (Barry) rushed outside while shaking his head and making hand gestures. Needless to say we left without test driving or buying a vehicle. My husband and I have been to numerous dealerships and purchased numerous vehicles and have never been treated so rudely. We will take our business elsewhere. More
If I could give negative stars I would! I was charged a $100 diagnostic fee for my vehicle. Once I agreed to the fix price, I was called and told the mechanic missed something and I needed additional work. $100 diagnostic fee for my vehicle. Once I agreed to the fix price, I was called and told the mechanic missed something and I needed additional work. I agreed to that work, then as I picked up the car I was told they fixed 80% of the problem and if I wanted them to, they could find out what the other “20%” of the problem was. Asked to speak with service manger and I was NEVER contacted. Asked to speak to general manger, NEVER contacted. This place has a crappy reputation but I tried them anyway. $1100 later I wished I had listened to the reviews! Ended up filling a complaint with Dodge Corporate. More
