We were very pleased with our whole experience. Jason was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to make it happen. Where other dealerships had failed to come up with a plan for us to get the color car we wanted; he immediately set to work to get one from another dealer through a trade off; and had it for us in a very timely manner to fit with our time schedule. His presentation was excellent and he took time to go over the many handling features of the car and make sure we felt we had a grasp on them before we left. He left us with a very favorable feeling towards him and the Preston dealership and a desire to come back there in the future. More
Brian & Steve are very friendly, went out of thier way to get us the car that we were looking for. Had to be a 6 cyl. and in gray with the equipment that my wife wanted. We would recommend Preston Toyota, Steve and Brian to all our friends or anyone wanted to buy a new Toyota. This wa our second time dealing with Prestons. The first was with thier body shop that lent us a Camry that lead us to buying a new 2011 Camary. Before going to Preston we researched thier inventory, researched the dealership and also went on Toyota web site and built the car we wanted. Overall we are very pleased with Preston Toyota, the salesmen we dealt with and also the finance people. Steve and Brian showed us several different models of the Camry and went over all the options before we made our final choice. When they dilivered the car they went over all the options again explaining them all to us and said if we have any questions they would be happy to help us out. The Camry we bought is an SE with Sports leather package, SE extra value package #1 and #2. Again we will recommend our Family and friends to shop Preston Toyota. More
I went into the dealership looking for an inexpensive used car. Mason found me a much newer and much nicer car than I ever expected to be able to buy! I had a VERY positive experience w/ this dealer. I had been dealing w/ a few dealerships trying to find the best price and Mason told me that they would beat anyone's price and they did (and they threw in been dealing w/ a few dealerships trying to find the best price and Mason told me that they would beat anyone's price and they did (and they threw in a Garmin FREE ($170.00 value)as part of a Memorial Day promotion!! They also gave me a fair price on my trade-in. I was originally going to buy a used Toyota Sienna and ended up purchasing a new 2011 model and couldn't be more pleased so far. I had to get a minor adjustment on the steering wheel two weeks after purchase at another dealership closer to my house and told this to Mason and he actually called me back a few days after the repair to see if the problem was solved (It was). Very impressive!! The day before I purchased this van at Preston, I walked out of another dealership very frustrated and upset because they were SO high pressure... They turned me off as soon as I realized that they cared more about selling the car and making a quota than they were about satsifying me---the customer. Going into Preston was like a breath of fresh air. No high pressure, no lion's den atmoshpere. Steve even e-mailed pictures of my car two days before I was able to pick it up!! I traveled 45 miles to Preston even though there was another Toyota dealer 5 minutes from my house---that's how nice they were!! Sylvia and the finance mgr. were great, too. They found me a great interest rate on my loan and closed the deal with a smile. I have already recommended Preston to two of my neighbor's who say they will be in the market for Sienna vans within the next year. Great job everyone!! More
When my wife and I pulled in to the lot we were not over taken like we have entered a lions den. Other car dealerships, made us feel like we were meat, and they were hungry. Jason walked us aroud and showed us different vechiles that they had on the lot. The one we were going for sold that day, before we got there. The manager even stoped to say he was sorry. However we did get a great car, and Im glad the other one sold, the 4runners are so much roomer! Other thing that made us very pleased was they took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us get into a car that we could afford, not like well we cant help you. Also the place has free coffee, which is huge, other places make you buy it from a vending machine. Little things they do make a huge difference. We live in Pittsburgh, PA: New Castle is about 60 miles, it was worth the drive, and we will continue to do business with them. Sincerely Chris and Jessica More
We went into the dealership with a very broad idea of what we were looking for. The sales team was very helpful, and had us in a new used vehicle by the end of the day. My overall experience with this dealership was extremely positive. I purchased a new RAV4. Every person that we had contact with from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left after making the positive. I purchased a new RAV4. We drove away with piece of mind knowing that we got the best value for our money. Later; when the car was in an accident we made sure it was taken back to Preston Toyota for repairs. When we returned the staff was genuinely happy that no one was hurt in the accident. The friendliness of the entire staff assured us that we made the right decision by choosing Preston for our purchase and repairs. We will definitely do business with them in the future!
