Service department is shady and awful. The service manager is extremely rude and never provided us with paperwork. They didn’t even bother washing the car or putting paper placemats for service and my car smelled like cigarettes and I don’t smoke. Stay far away and go to another Volvo dealership instead. Drove 3. 5 hours and left happy! Saw a beautiful mustang online. I drove up to see if it was available and it was tucked away in storage. Love that! It shows t 5 hours and left happy!
