Exceptional Service Well this week I had given up on customer service when it came to car service. I wish I waited and I came to Prestige Volvo vs rushing to find a diff Well this week I had given up on customer service when it came to car service. I wish I waited and I came to Prestige Volvo vs rushing to find a different Volvo dealer to take care of my car. From the moment I walked in to the time I left (I wish I got his name again - but the gentleman with the beard at the service desk) was absolutely pleasant, courteous and kind. I told him my car problems and he gave me the estimated time I would be leaving. After 2 hours he told me I am almost done and I was out at the exact estimated time. I would recommend Prestige Volvo service to anyone who has a Volvo lease. Thank you for the service and best of luck to you. More
