This was the second time my vehicle had a problem. I have to say, when my husband first suggested that I purchase a Volvo XC90., I was not on board. I didn’t want another foreign vehicle. But I have to admit it’s a beautiful vehicle , with great features & rides very smoothly. But I still wasn’t completely satisfied. It wasn’t until I took my car to the service for a problem and met my Vehicle Advisior Nagy Claus that I was so happy I owned a Volvo. Not only did he take care of me and provide me with a loaner, he in detail explain everything that was wrong & what work was done. I have never experience such outstanding and professional customer service . Claus is so genuine & for first in my life, I actually knew what someone in the service department was talking about.
