Claus is one of the ex-Kundert employees who is still there. Drop off was easy and car was ready ad promised and cleaned up like new. Claus called me about some additional recommendations on my 50,000 mile service with good detail on why they were recommended. This was done with no hard sell. I took a look around the sales area and it’s the same vibe - people willing to help but not following you around the show room trying to close the sale. My kind of dealership. More

Quick, easy, accommodating. I just dropped off my s90 at the Prestige Volvo Service Center in Englewood. I just have to say that I am so pleased and proud to be a Volvo owner. I called the other day and described a lighting issue I was having. Without any questions asked, they told me to bring it in whenever I could. I showed up, parked the car, registered in the system, and was handed keys to a loaner vehicle so my day was not disrupted by this unexpected issue. Everyone here has been extremely helpful, fast, and very accommodating. Jack Boyadjian checked me in and did the walk-around to note the issue I was having. Jay Rosen was my point of contact for getting the car dropped off. Tammy introduced herself and made sure I was being taken care of. Together they have made this experience so much easier and more efficient than I could've expected. I highly recommend this service center if you're looking for quality service. More
