On the morning of my appointment, I accidentally slept late due to my phone failing overnight and not having my alarms to wake me. I rose in a panic and called Prestige to let them know that I was going to be late. I spoke to Stephanie, who assured me that everything would be fine and advised me to bring it in when I could and that they would hold a loaner car for me so that I wouldn't be car-less. When I brought the car in, I dealt with Jack Boyadjian. Jack is always happy, friendly, and helpful - no matter how busy they are. He took my car and handed me keys to a loaner in less than 5 minutes, and when I walked outside the loaner car was sitting outside the door, running, with the air conditioning on (it was hot that day), and a service member holding my door open for me. They knew I was in a rush and already behind on my day, and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I was expecting the repair to take at least a full day. They called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up not even 4 hours later. I couldn't believe it. As always, I picked up the car and it was cleaned, repaired, and ready to go. Always 5-star service at Prestige. The staff is great, everyone is so helpful, and they know how to make you feel important from the minute you walk in the door. I wouldn't want to deal with any other service center. More

He called me with an update midday on my preferred phone number and finished my car when he said he would. This kind of service seems normal, but unfortunately, doesn't always happen. I left feeling like my car was fixed correctly, that it was inspected for safety(brakes,tires,etc), and that I wasn't oversold or pressured into making an unnecessary repair. I'll choose the same representative the next time I make an appointment! More
