Very pleasant experience. I was greeted immediately and directed to the service counter. The gentleman there was very pleasant and professional. He advised me of the additional wait time, which was about 45 minutes, and I agreed to the work. The car was ready almost exactly the time quoted, and it was cleaned and washed.
