I visited Prestige on 11/8/12 for my one-year service. I bought my 2012 Tiguan used, and this was my first experience with the Prestige service dept. Franky Bain, the service advisor, spent a good deal of bought my 2012 Tiguan used, and this was my first experience with the Prestige service dept. Franky Bain, the service advisor, spent a good deal of time with me articulately explaining the operation of the automatic transmission and how what I thought was a problem could be addressed with either the manual shift or the sport mode. Franky also patiently explained the initial cost-free service and kept me regularly apprised of the car's progress in the shop. I've never received this level of knowledge, understanding, and patience from a service advisor or manager. Also, the young women doing the scheduling were very helpful and accommodating when I had to change my appointment at the last minute. More

I was totally pleased with the service received from Prestige. Our car was Hit bt lightening and wasn't able to be fixed.
