NEED A SERVICE? MUST READ! I brought my car for complete new a/c repair that cost 2, 000$. After couple months a/c stopped working on long-haul drives while still performing go I brought my car for complete new a/c repair that cost 2, 000$. FAN AIRSPEEDS FROZEN A/c literally freezing in lines water dripping down my feet a/c condensing on outlets wasn't enough proof for VW service and lack of knowledge and expertise to simulate the situation let to ; It has been 6 months I have been coming back reporting this issue while I got two answers; there is nothing wrong with the a/c and we cannot duplicate the problem. Meanwhile VW representives driven my car(trying to duplicate the problem) returned the car with broken door, sand and trash in a car; car was released with disconnected mass flow sensor in the line shooting and engine light. Alfredo's best costumer service offer was for me to come back tomorrow- service was already closed. The manager of VW himself decided to deny to future servise after I started writing reviews for the first time and telling the truth how customer service doesn't care and how mechanics lacks the knowledge and expertise to pronounce themselves true A+ BBB rated. I took the car to reputable private owner service it took them 20 min to simulate the problem and they charged 90$ for the fix. The manager is still refusing to pay the bill ignoring the fact that they have cost me 2000$ lots of stress and lots of heat so far. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE OVERPRICED SERVICE WITH RUDE AND INCOMPETENT ATTITUDE. More

Very rude staff I called Prestige today to ask about buying a car that was traded in. Only the sales manager can approve the vehicle as I was told, so I called to ask I called Prestige today to ask about buying a car that was traded in. Only the sales manager can approve the vehicle as I was told, so I called to ask if I could speak with him. The woman on the phone refused to allow me to speak with him for an unknown reason. So I called a salesman and asked. He hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the woman again who further hung up on me when I asked if I could please speak with a manager. I don't usually leave reviews and I try to be very polite when calling in. I've never dealt with such horrible service. I won't be going here for anything, that's for sure. More
