I had my car serviced with some computer issues! I had to call to see if my car was ready by the end of day as I had a loaner. I took car in for door handle recall and software update 97HB. I heard nothing all day. Had to call at 4:30 to find out if car ready. Picked up car got home and realized software not done and no communicati 97HB. I heard nothing all day. Had to call at 4:30 to find out if car ready. Picked up car got home and realized software not done and no communication with me as to why. Called next day and Lillian said not done because a loaner is required due to time it takes for upgrade. Have another appt for Feb 15 for software upgrade. Car history still shows door handle recall due!! More
