Had terrible experiences with the service department. Took three visits to get a key fob programmed! Then suddenly all the driver assist options were broken and I had to pay $1200 for a car with 37,000 m Took three visits to get a key fob programmed! Then the blind spot still wasn’t working and when I came back they said that would be another over $1,000 charge again a week later. The sales manager wouldn’t even buy the car back for a trade in. He said the car had too many problems?? They kept insisting that I was rear ended and must have been in an accident when I know I wasn’t and couldn’t see any damage to the car?? Had to change the tires at 30,000 miles?? Would have bought another VW but just bought a BMW instead - hoping for a better experience. More
