As far as customer satisfaction is considered, they have provided shuttle pick up and drop off within Stamford and old greenwich which is great and also shows that they care about their local customers. The service department has always been upfront about service delays and offered a loaner vehicle if asked. I highly recommend getting your car serviced from prestige. More

Had terrible experiences with the service department. Took three visits to get a key fob programmed! Then the blind spot still wasn’t working and when I came back they said that would be another over $1,000 charge again a week later. The sales manager wouldn’t even buy the car back for a trade in. He said the car had too many problems?? They kept insisting that I was rear ended and must have been in an accident when I know I wasn’t and couldn’t see any damage to the car?? Had to change the tires at 30,000 miles?? Would have bought another VW but just bought a BMW instead - hoping for a better experience. More
