The dealership does an okay job, its just that it is too small to service Fairfield County. My airbag light went on. I had to wait 2.5 weeks for an appt, they dignosed it and I waited 3 weeks for my second small to service Fairfield County. My airbag light went on. That was a long time to go with a malfunctioning airbag and horn ( it stopped working when the light went on). There needs to be a much larger VW dealership here. As for Prestige, it’s just okay— a far cry from Jennings VW in Chicago where I used to live. That is an award winning dealership. Prestige has almost no loaners and impossibly long wait times. I wont be getting another VW owing to this issue. Too bad, because I like their cars. More

I made the appointment three weeks in advance. I went to drop my car off the night before and wanted to know long my service would take. I was told they do not have the parts to do the service.
