Pretty solid. Ups and downs like any dealership in my experience. There was some miscommunication (I later learned) when I ordered my new key about what the process would be- one of the parts desk guys h experience. There was some miscommunication (I later learned) when I ordered my new key about what the process would be- one of the parts desk guys had "no memory" of me coming in and ordering the key from him the week prior- but fortunately John and Rishi were available and understanding and able to get me out of there pretty quickly with a programmed key. The dealership does an okay job, its just that it is too small to service Fairfield County. My airbag light went on. I had to wait 2.5 weeks for an appt, they dignosed it and I waited 3 weeks for my second small to service Fairfield County. My airbag light went on. I had to wait 2.5 weeks for an appt, they dignosed it and I waited 3 weeks for my second appr. That was a long time to go with a malfunctioning airbag and horn ( it stopped working when the light went on). There needs to be a much larger VW dealership here. As for Prestige, it’s just okay— a far cry from Jennings VW in Chicago where I used to live. That is an award winning dealership. Prestige has almost no loaners and impossibly long wait times. I wont be getting another VW owing to this issue. Too bad, because I like their cars. More
