Extremely disappointed with the service performed on our 2017 VW Jetta on Friday, February 11, 2022. After keeping our car for 1-1/2 days, the problem that we brought it in for is not fixed and we now have 2017 VW Jetta on Friday, February 11, 2022. After keeping our car for 1-1/2 days, the problem that we brought it in for is not fixed and we now have to a new problem that didn't exist prior to this service call. Also, we paid a lot of money for this so-called service. We asked for a refund but that was refused. We now have to go back and forth to Stamford from Norwalk and hope they can fix the problem. We sincerely doubt that will ever happen and we will have to take the loss. We can only imagine how long they will keep our car this time. After paying good money to them, they cannot accommodate our request for a loner vehicle. Very poor service Prestige. Our faith in this dealership has been totally restored. Everyone at the dealership, especially, the General Manager, Phillip Demersky, and the Service Technician, Marcus Wilkerson, went out of their way to fix this problem. Everyone treated us with the utmost respect when we dropped off our Jetta. We were able to obtain a loaner vehicle, which helped tremendously. These guys are absolutely amazing. We would like to extend our deepest gratitude and thanks to everyone who participated in solving this problem for us. Five stars and beyond for your guys!!! More

Although the initial experience of the dealer was favorable the attention after the sale was less desirable. Last Friday (02/04/2022), I had an urgent issue as the gas cap door was stuck shut and it was empty. Pouring rain at the gas station too… I called and asked for Rishi directly and he answered and told me how to open it — it worked immediately. No damage to vehicle and no charge.
