Poor communication. They said they would call me within a week of ordering my key, yet they never called. A few weeks later, I called to check the status of my key, and They said they would call me within a week of ordering my key, yet they never called. A few weeks later, I called to check the status of my key, and after being left on hold for 30 min, I was told that they had no idea of the status, despite originally telling me that the key would be ready in a week. After a month, I contacted the manager, and the manager stated that they would stay on top of it, yet the manager never followed up. Finally, I called last week, and I was told that my key had arrived. Why did I have to keep calling to find out the status? Was VW going to call me to tell me that my key arrived? Worst customer service ever! More
