I had a concern about the rev on my car and when I explained it, instead of charging me to look at it, Rishi immediately recognized and told me that I had a concern about the rev on my car and when I explained it, instead of charging me to look at it, Rishi immediately recognized and told me that the issue was not letting the car warm up first and that it wasn’t something that needed to be looked at. The team was also great and let me come and pick up the car a little after their 5:45pm deadline which I really appreciated. Overall I had a good experience and will return the next time I need my vehicle serviced. More
An overall pleasant experience once I was Inside. The outdoor checkin was a bit clumsy and confusing. No one directed me as to what to do once I pulled into the narrow driveway though someone had just pulled in before me and their car was driven beyond the fence by an employee. So, I just went into the office with my car key in hand. The office staff seemed lively, friendly, busy and engaged. Checkin was courteous, easy and pleasant. Happy to learn if a Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. Brought back a cup and sat in a neat, clean waiting area. That was nice. Before I knew it, my car was ready! Way faster than anticipated. Checkout went smoothly. The gentleman explained his my car was serviced and what remained to be dine at a later scheduled visit. Like I said…an overall, pleasant experience. Work on the outdoor reception for your 5th star. 😊 More

Customer service lacked understanding to translate issues with car and what was to be done to technicians, conducted unauthorized work and failed to relay what diagnostic results were. Deadlines were frequen with car and what was to be done to technicians, conducted unauthorized work and failed to relay what diagnostic results were. Deadlines were frequently blown (it took a full week for a diagnostic to be performed and we only knew after we called). I don’t trust that this dealer has the knowledge to fix the problem in an effective or reasonably priced manner after I had to reiterate facts and portions of the conversation on a frequent basis. This seems like a total money grab and that the problem will not be fixed (especially as one of the issues- my key being deprogrammed) started 3 days after the last time I came to get it fixed at this same place. I already came once for it. I was told $300+ to fix. Now I’m being told it’s over $800. Why the difference? What is the actual problem? I refuse to keep paying More
