My overall experience was very pleasant with Mark and Matthew except for when I came in and completed the lease process. I found Aamir to be totally unprofessional. It started out well but his demeanor Matthew except for when I came in and completed the lease process. I found Aamir to be totally unprofessional. It started out well but his demeanor completely changing from the moment we didn’t add the coverage protection and then became worse when the issue about the deposit including the first months payment came up. At a point I felt so uncomfortable I was going to leave without purchasing the vehicle. I did mention this to him and he did apologize but it still made for an uncomfortable experience. The car also costed a few dollars over what we agreed upon but by then I was fed up and just wanted to leave. Afterwords Matthew took his time to review the car functions in depth which I haven’t seen in a while and appreciate him doing so. More
