Experience wasn’t great. Had to pay another $800 for a boots(?) job after spending $746 for a 150,000 mile service check. Also when I asked the manager for my 10% loyalty discount, he was very rude & reluctantly gave me the discount. Labor costs are too high &VW no longer offers free car wash. It was difficult to schedule an appointment. In person service was so much better. Was offered complimentary service. Very accommodating. I wish I was told no pets in the loaner cars. Before I got there. I had my dog to take to the vet had to take him go back home and drop him off. 250.
