The service and staff were excellent and professional. My only thing is I made the appointment 2 weeks in Advance & had to go back because they did not have the part that day. They appear to be responsive to my queries. Very friendly. Just in the beginning a tad bit unorganized. I think this was due to many people involved, trying to satisfy me. My main querie is how did this car get thru the certification process with shipping blocks in the suspension. More importantly, how was it driven for 4k+ miles with no one checking. It was serviced in a vw dealership. I wonder what the long term issues which may occur. My concern was addressed abd problem gone 1way More
