I unfortunately was very unsatisfied with my experience. It took me leaving messages 4 times before someone responded to me. Then I was told that they would need my car for the entire day and that the loa It took me leaving messages 4 times before someone responded to me. Then I was told that they would need my car for the entire day and that the loaner cars were all booked. I live 45 minutes away and had to take time off of work to drop my car off. I received a call 90 minutes later that the work was finished. I would have just stayed at the dealership had I been given the correct information about how long the work would take. I was told that I would need to come back with my second key so that they could reprogram it and that even though the service center closes at 6, I would need to be there by 5 because the technicians leave then. So I again had to take time off of work to pick up the car. Once I was able to get the car, it turns out that the work was not done correctly. More

Initially contacted service and the vm sent me to Jaime Jenkins who never returned the multiple calls. Took multiple jumps to reach someone.
