It been over a month and we still haven’t received the 2nd key. We have questions on the 1st key because some of the features like sounds when you are reversing and closing the trunk is not working. They have always been available when I needed them for service. Once I had a tire issue on the side of the highway and my spare was put on. Does not seem that organized. Think work is fine. Did not have my reservation which I made by phone. Should confirm by email or text. Plus did not reset oil change light. At VW Ma Think work is fine.
